Security Officer - Front Desk Greeter

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, issuing visitor badges, verifying appointments, and directing guests to the appropriate area.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area, documenting unusual activity and escalating concerns per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete incident reports, visitor logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
