Security Guard - Flex Lobby Reception

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Staff the front desk to greet and direct visitors, employees, and vendors; manage sign-in and sign-out logs and issue visitor credentials per policy;
Monitor access to the lobby and restricted areas by verifying identification and authorizations, and escalating concerns through the chain of command;
Answer and route incoming calls, coordinate with site contacts for visitor approvals, and support front desk administrative tasks related to access control;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and completing detailed incident reports;
Provide customer service by carrying out post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies at an automotive location
