Security Officer - Reception Post

Allied Universal - Up to $19.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and policies;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing sign-in and sign-out processes, issuing temporary credentials;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems at the front desk, reporting irregular activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed;
Maintain accurate reports and logs, including visitor records, incident documentation, and key and package accountability
