• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Lead departments as assigned, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crews and managers deliver a great customer experience, support sales promotions, train service staff, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure fast, high‑quality food, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate crew throughout their tenure.
• Possess prior managerial experience, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality, with a team‑player attitude, flexible schedule, and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced environment.
