Neuro RN – MS/PCU | Night 3×12s | System Float | EPIC
Location: South Jersey Health System
Shift: Night 3×12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract: 13 Weeks
Charting: EPIC
Patient Ratio: 1:4
Unit Type: Mixed Neuro Med-Surg & PCU
This is a system float position with strict testing and scheduling rules. Candidates must meet all requirements below to be considered.
✅ REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)- 2+ years Neuro RN experience (required)
- Experience with MS & PCU level patients
- Certifications required (ALL):
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- ASLS (Advanced Stroke Life Support)
- RTO must be submitted at time of application
- ❌ RTO after submission will NOT be accepted
- Must work Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH)
- Block scheduling NOT allowed
Traveler must float within skillset to the following hospitals:
- Voorhees
- Marlton
- Mt. Holly
- Willingboro
- OLOL
Additional floating:
- May float to ICU for downgraded PCU patients only
- Must pass dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of contract signing
- Only 2 attempts allowed
- Must be taken on a PC (NOT iOS / iPhone / iPad)
- Failure to:
- Test within 72 hours
- Pass within 2 attempts
- Use a PC
➡️ Will result in contract cancellation and DNR from hospital system
👩⚕️ ADDITIONAL INFO- First-time travelers accepted (not preferred)
- Local travelers within 50 miles accepted at $5/hr lower rate
- EPIC experience preferred
- Strong Neuro RN
- Flexible with floating
- Detail-oriented and test-ready
- Comfortable in fast-paced MS/PCU environments
