Facility is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic team at our Level 1 Trauma Center. This position requires a dedicated professional with extensive experience in high-acuity emergency settings, focusing on trauma care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver life-saving interventions.

• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in the emergency department, with a focus on trauma cases.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses in critical situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in emergency nursing.

• At least 3 years of ER RN experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required in hand at submission.
• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from American Heart Association.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
• Flu Shot Required.
• Must be available for night shifts.
