CVOR Registered Nurse – Travel Nursing Job in Camden, NJ

  Camden, NJ 08103 – Prime New Jersey healthcare location with access to Philadelphia and scenic riverfront parks.
• Employment Type:
  
  Travel Nursing (13-week contract)
• Setting:
  Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) – Level 1 Trauma Center
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00am – 7:30pm)
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36
• On Call: 2 shifts per six-week schedule; weekend coverage as needed
• Holiday Coverage: 1 summer and 1 fall/winter holiday (flexibility for adjacent days)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,410 – $2,580

• Minimum 4 years of Level 1 trauma nursing experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license (required for New Jersey nursing jobs)
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated with 1 booster)
• Proven scrub and circulate experience in CVOR, including endovascular cases
• Strong attention to detail for patient safety and clinical quality monitoring
• Excellent organizational skills for operating room coordination
• Flexibility to meet department scheduling needs (no consecutive days/weeks of requested time off)

• Scrub and circulate for cardiovascular and endovascular surgical procedures
• Deliver expert patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level 1 trauma OR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Participate in on-call and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in meeting department needs
