• Lead the greening, engine preparation, and engine drop processes.
• Supervise the engine drop and greening procedures, including extraction of fluids and vehicle preparation for engine removal.
• Direct the removal of batteries, cutting of Freon lines, and detachment of catalytic converters.
• Manage removal of small parts such as headlights, taillights, doors, fenders, and hoods.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify no hazardous materials remain in vehicles.
• Perform pre‑checks of the production line at the start of each day using maintenance reports.
• Assign personnel to stations, oversee tasks and ensure adherence to designated areas.
• Monitor attendance and adjust manpower needs for each station.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all‑weather conditions, wearing required PPE.
• Potential lift and carry of light weights; evening or weekend work may be required.
• Maintain regular attendance as essential to job performance.

• Experience in the automotive industry with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to perform successfully in a production environment.
• Preparedness for work in varied weather and adherence to safety protocols.
