Responsibilities- Lead the greening, engine preparation, and engine drop processes.
- Supervise the engine drop and greening procedures, including extraction of fluids and vehicle preparation for engine removal.
- Direct the removal of batteries, cutting of Freon lines, and detachment of catalytic converters.
- Manage removal of small parts such as headlights, taillights, doors, fenders, and hoods.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify no hazardous materials remain in vehicles.
- Perform pre‑checks of the production line at the start of each day using maintenance reports.
- Assign personnel to stations, oversee tasks and ensure adherence to designated areas.
- Monitor attendance and adjust manpower needs for each station.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all‑weather conditions, wearing required PPE.
- Potential lift and carry of light weights; evening or weekend work may be required.
- Maintain regular attendance as essential to job performance.
- Experience in the automotive industry with supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to perform successfully in a production environment.
- Preparedness for work in varied weather and adherence to safety protocols.
