The Parts Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the greening, engine prep and engine drop process, as well as providing directional support to personnel.

• Supervise engine drop and greening procedures, including the extraction of fluids and preparation of vehicles for engine removal.
• Direct the process of removing batteries, cutting Freon lines, and detaching catalytic converters from vehicles.
• Manage the removal of various small parts from the vehicle, such as headlights, taillights, doors, fenders, and hoods.
• Verify that no hazardous materials remain in vehicles through quality control checks.
• Perform pre‑checks of the production line at the start of the day using a maintenance report to ensure everything is in proper working order.
• Assign personnel to stations and oversee their tasks to ensure they stay within their designated areas.
• Monitor personnel attendance and adjust manpower needs for each station on the line accordingly.
• Work is generally performed indoors and outdoors in all‑weather elements such as hot, cold, rain, or snow, and personal protective equipment is required.
• Working hours may vary, and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weights.
• Regular attendance is essential to perform the duties of this position.

This career requires experience in the automotive industry, supervising a team, and the ability to perform successfully in a production environment.
