Location:

Camden, NJ

Pay: $25-$27/hr (based on experience) | Contract Role (4-6 months)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Take on a leadership role managing HUD compliance for a multifamily property! This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise in certifications, recertifications, and HUD regulations while working with a respected team.

Job Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day property management for HUD-regulated community

* Complete and process certifications and recertifications accurately

* Ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and regulations

* Manage resident files and maintain accurate documentation

* Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Qualifications

* Must have multifamily property management experience

* Hands-on experience with certifications and recertifications

* Strong knowledge of HUD programs and compliance

* Excellent organizational and communication skills
