Environmental Services​/Custodial Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services Manager for Cooper Medical Center, located in Camden, New Jersey to manage the EVS team at the main hospital. This is part of the larger main facility, a prominent teaching hospital which is growing in Camden, NJ. Great opportunity to work with a large, supportive management team and oversee a team of 25. This is a Second Shift position (some weekends and holidays) which will report into an Operations Manager.

Main facility is a 655 bed, level 1 trauma center in an urban setting. The shift is 3pm-11:30pm
, with a required half hour pre and post shift for managers. Rotating weekend shifts as business needs dictate.

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support an inclusive workforce.

• have experience leading, training and managing a team;
• have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;
• possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;
• monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
• have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
