Inventory Management

Job Description:

Pay Range: $34.80hr - $39.80hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Experience with manufacturing inventory systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written communication skills, especially email communication.
• Ability to analyze inventory levels and manage material flow.

• Experience managing inventory control processes in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Experience analyzing inventory levels, production plans, and sales forecasts.
• Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.
• Experience working with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

• Plan, control, and manage inventory operations including shipping, receiving, and storage of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory positioning against production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Manage stock transfers, liquidation, and inventory adjustments based on demand and aging.
• Address out-of-stock situations by initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure materials are received from vendors, stored properly, and shipped according to specifications.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and distribution processes.
• Analyze transportation methods and support cost and carrier performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with shipping laws and regulations including import and export requirements.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding operational procedures and inventory processes.
• Recommend improvements to systems and operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Support operational targets and departmental performance objectives.

• Experience managing logistics or transportation analysis.
• Experience supporting distribution centers or warehouse operations.

• Inventory planning and control.
• SAP and inventory management systems.
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Logistics coordination and shipment management.
• Communication and process improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
