The Network Security team ensures that Campbell’s business operations including internal communications, business applications, manufacturing and data access which rely on secure networks are delivered with the highest levels of security, availability, and performance.
In this role, you will direct, support, and develop next‑gen firewall, software‑defined perimeter controls, micro‑segmentation, threat protection, VPN, SASE and other security platforms to ensure they are delivered with reliability and resiliency. In addition, the job will have direct involvement of designing, architecting, and delivering of enhanced security features and upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure quality, administration, and support in partnership with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
As an Infrastructure Engineer, Network Security, you will be expected to operate with a ‘security first’ mindset while working to optimize and improve the operation and future scalability of Network Solutions. This will include contributing to Campbell’s digital transformation roadmap; including areas which are focused on delivering quality services and introducing new technologies to improve the network value offering while sustaining performance, reliability, and maintain security compliance.
This role will be responsible for delivering network end‑to‑end solutions for Infrastructure and Information Security projects; including participating in Business projects that require Infrastructure Network security design and services as a dependency.
- Develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology standards policy that delivers value, is manageable and scalable. Conduct analysis of security requirements and controls to identify gaps and provide recommendations of industry best practices, trends, and technology products.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and digital development efforts. Lead efforts on Network infrastructure transition following ‘Dev Sec Ops ’ principles & framework in alignment with business application and related Enterprise Architectural standards.
- Help build strategic plans by leveraging leading‑edge scientific and technological knowledge to drive business strategies as well as enhance the value proposition of IT solutions across cost, stability and security frameworks.
- Participating and enabling successful Business projects that have network security dependencies.
- Executing and ensuring the successful delivery of IT Network and Network security tech.
- Assist with the design and implementation of short‑and long‑term strategic plans to ensure network services meet existing and future business requirements.
