· Years of Experience 2+ Service Now Integration with LOBs (OKTA, Remedy, SAP, Ariba etc)
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
, work in fast paced environment and able to deliver services from day one.
· There will NOT any lead time to learn on the job.
· Degree, Certification, Total Yrs. of experience Service Now developer certification or coursework/training a plus Strong working knowledge of Service Now modules such as Service Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Mobility, CMDB and Service Request Management/Service Catalog a plus
