Patient Experience Navigator (Multiple Shifts/Locations) through Emerson Group
Patient Experience Navigator needed for large hospitals in South Jersey.
$17.50 - $18.50 hr, Long Term Temp.
40 hours a week.
Work: M-F 10:30 AM - 7 PM OR
Work: M-F 11:30 AM – 8 PM

Great opportunity at either location!!
- Speak to patients pending discharge in an effort to arrange their outpatient appointments.
- Prior Medical Scheduling experience or similar a plus!
- Must have strong customer service experience.
- Must have compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Background check, Drug Screen, PPD, and Flu shot are required.
