- This position will report up through the AVP of CHI and will serve in a dyad role with the CHI Administrative Director.
- The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical operations, clinical quality and performance, and all non-provider clinical team members in CHI.
- This position will also contribute significantly in the achievement of CHI'S strategic objectives and deliverables.
- In addition, this position will serve as a primary partner with inter-organizational and external organizational partnerships.
- 3-5 years required
- Batchelor's Degree required
- Clinical licensure in New Jersey – Licensed RN, PA-C, APN, or another clinician license required
