Role OverviewThe Community Health Assistant will provide both clinical and administrative support and coordination to all community outreach activities. They will attend outreach activities as directed and support community-based programs by supplying educational and promotional materials. They are responsible for scheduling activities, ordering supplies, and submitting reimbursements for community health staff.
Experience and Qualifications- 1-2 years' experience in the Healthcare field.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to take direction, follow through with tasks, and work independently.
- Flexibility, optimism, and a cooperative working style.
- Competent in basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent clinical or healthcare experience.
