- Support Cooper’s success in value-based programs through program and project management.
- Manage or support process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results in our payer programs in partnership with project sponsors, process owners and other team members.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and implement standardize workflows, transform processes and progress from volume to value.

Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
