ANESTHESIA TECH (PER DIEM)

At Cooper University Health Care, our commitment to providing extraordinary health care continues with our dedicated team. As an Anesthesia Technician, you will support the anesthesia department in daily preparation, room turnover, restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and other duties as assigned. You will collaborate with the sterile processing technician, supply coordinator and communicate openly with internal customers and supervisors.

• Assist anesthesia department with daily preparation for cases, room turnover, restocking of supplies, cleaning of equipment and other duties.
• Assist sterile processing technician with duties as assigned.
• Assist supply coordinator with duties as assigned.
• Follow established policies & procedures.
• Communicate openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management, and physicians.
• Apply Cooper core values.

• Previous training and experience as a patient care technician or nursing assistant of at least one year.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to take independent action.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Formal patient care technician or nursing assistant training desired.

BLS Required.
