- Coordinate and schedule Robotic surgical procedures, ensuring all pre-operative requirements are completed and communicated effectively between patients, surgeons, and clinical staff.
- Assist the Assistant Practice Manager with the flow of information for Trauma Office.
- Have strong customer service ethics and good organizational and communication skills. Follow up phone calls with reps, funeral homes, etc.
- Handles administrative responsibilities for all Trauma providers. All additional duties as assigned.

Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma required.
