Short DescriptionADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) - Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant - Addiction Medicine - Camden, NJ
The Advanced Practice Provider - APP (Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant) assumes responsibility for providing advanced medical care practice within a clinical specialty and the scope of education. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens advanced medical care practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research. The Advanced Practice Provider serves as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
ExperienceRequired
Experience in addiction as a Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred.
Education RequirementsMaster's Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
License/Certification RequirementsBoard certification Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant;
Active New Jersey License;
American Heart Association BLS and CDS/DEA
