- Supervises interns or other team members as directed by Counseling Coordinator
- Participates in staffing and program development
- Participates in planning/conducting professional workshops/teacher in-service training
- Contacts families/local school districts/DYFS/other agencies as needed
- Collaborates with school personnel on cases of suspected child abuse & makes reports to DYFS
- Conducts counseling with parents as directed
- Attends meetings with parents/teachers
- Serves as a CST member
- Attends yearly Primary Restraint Technique (PRT) training.
- Responsible for any miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Participates in PIP for improved job performance
