The ancillary sales team communicates to guests about additional amenities that the venue offers, such as Premier parking and lawn chair rentals. Work with the Ancillary Manager to determine offers for each show and communication to guests. This role is suitable for someone who is detail oriented and can work independently while being part of a team.

• Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
• Handle pre-purchased lawn chairs and venue retail, as well as day-of-show rentals and purchases.
• Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, future ticket deals and specials to guests.
• Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables and tents.
• Maintain order and safety.
• Handle credit card transactions according to audit guidelines; balance transactions with a supervisor.
• Participate in post-show clean up including picking up lawn chairs and recycling materials.

• Constant walking/standing; outdoor environment in all weather; ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check clearance required.
• Motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Familiar with iPhone/iPad technology.
• Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, engaging, self-starter; enjoys interacting with guests.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings.
