Salary: £53,000 per annum •
OTE: Up to £60,800 including bonuses •

Base Salary: £53,000 per annum •
On-Target Earnings: Up to £60,800
- Ofsted Bonus:
- £3,000 for Outstanding
- £1,500 for Good
- Occupancy Bonus: £400 per month (home currently full)
- Company Car or Travel Allowance: £3,000 per annum
- On-Call: Included within salary (shared with Deputy, rarely required)
- 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
- +1 additional day for each of the first 3 years

We’re seeking a confident, motivated and experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, trauma‑informed care. You’ll be an effective leader with strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted regulations.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and inspire staff teams
- Have a proven track record managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home
- Demonstrate strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge
- Participate in shared on‑call (average 2 per month)
- Hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and business insurance
Required Qualifications
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) – essential
- QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce (or equivalent) – essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) in children’s residential care
- At least 1 year supervising and managing staff
- Must have experience in an Ofsted-registered children’s home
Applicants with CQC-only experience and no Ofsted children’s residential background will not be considered. Sponsorship is not available.
