Responsibilities

The Fleet Support Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, updating, and correcting operational data within multiple fleet systems. The position will ensure data accuracy and integrity and produce reports as needed to support general inquiries.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Review, validate, and maintain operational fleet data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Identify, correct, and resolve data discrepancies and errors, following established quality and governance standards.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports to support operational teams and respond to general data inquiries.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to update and reconcile fleet records, ensuring timely and reliable data for business use.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Relevant work experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Strong communication and customer service experience (2+ years).
  • Intermediate level experience with computerized systems, spreadsheets, and word-processing programs to manipulate data and create reports.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Effective quantitative and analytical skills; attention to detail.
