Responsibilities- Maintain and enter data into Foundation bases, including email list management and Raiser’s Edge donor tracking software.
- Assure proper scheduling, correspondence (includes voice mail, phone calls, letters and memos) and follow up on assignments.
- Prepare documentation and material for meetings.
- Assure proper handling of letters, memos and mail.
- Assist with Cooper Foundation events and functions.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by the President of Cooper Foundation.
Experience Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, some college preferred.
