ResponsibilitiesAssures proper scheduling, correspondence (including voice mail, phone calls, letters and memos) and follow up on assignments. Prepares documentation and material for meetings. Assures proper handling of letters, memos and mail. Complete all other duties as assigned by EVP/MA.
Qualifications- Minimum of 4 years' experience in secretarial or office manager role.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Some college preferred.
- Computer literate, facility with Microsoft Office programs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills.
- Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
