Short DescriptionScheduling meetings, coordinating programs, managing data, performing payroll duties, composing, typing, organizing, and distributing documents, as well as handling incoming/outgoing correspondence for the director. Assist with confidential personnel and financial documents, and support Directors with daily operational functions.
Experience Required- 3 years of progressive experience in effective administration of a business office.
- Data entry and Excel experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred or 5 years directly related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite required.
