Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk will support invoice processing and expense audit functions within a highly organized and technology-driven accounting environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy who enjoys a structured workflow.
Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the online system (Inspyrus)
• Retrieve invoice backup from the online system and create PDF files for digital storage
• Perform data entry of invoice information
• Audit lower-dollar T&E reimbursement requests within the Oracle system

Required Skills

• 3+ years of related experience in Accounts Payable or data entry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel (basic-intermediate), and Teams
• Able to create and manipulate PDF files
• Oracle experience is a plus
• Highly computer-savvy with strong attention to detail
• Reliable with strong communication skills
