Contract Duration: 7–13 Weeks with Possible Extension
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will assist in monitoring patient health, administering medications, supporting daily nursing activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Assist with patient care and daily activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare staff regarding patient care
- Previous long-term care or clinical experience preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
