Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care with accuracy and compassion

Perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and document according to facility policy

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care

Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly

Educate patients and families to support recovery and promote optimal outcomes

Maintain compliance with facility standards, infection control, and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S. (state-specific requirements will apply)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred when applicable

Previous acute care or long-term care nursing experience preferred

Current ACLS/PALS certifications if required by the specialty unit

Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and meet credentialing timelines

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and triage skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy

Comfortable using electronic medical records and charting accurately

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Critical thinking and prioritization in fast-paced clinical settings

Adaptability to new environments and facility protocols
