About the Position
T   RN / T   LPN     Skilled Nursing/Rehab     Camden, ME (12   hr Days, 36 hrs/wk)     Job
Role overview  A   Travel   RN or Travel LPN is needed for 12   hour day shifts at a skilled nursing/rehab facility in Camden, ME, caring for post   acute and long   term residents. This is a 13   week new opening with three 12   hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed).

Camden, ME 04843 (Windward Gardens area; omit client name externally).

Contract dates: 03/02/26     05/25/26 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

6:45 AM     7:15 PM, 30   minute unpaid meal break (12   hour days)

Hours:

36 hours/week guaranteed (3  12s)

Class: T   RN | T   LPN (facility will accept either a travel RN or travel LPN)

Gross Blended Rate: $38 - $55 p/h

New opening

Key responsibilities (RN or LPN, per scope)      Provide direct nursing care on a SNF/rehab unit, including assessments (RN), focused assessments (LPN), medication administration, and treatments.

Monitor residents    conditions over 12   hour shifts, respond to changes, and coordinate with providers and the care team.

Supervise CNAs, ensure care plans and safety protocols are followed, and support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.

Document all assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately in the EMR before end of shift.

Required qualifications and skills  For   T   RN :
Active Maine RN license (or compact) in good standing.

Prior SNF, LTC, or rehab experience; travel experience preferred.

For   T   LPN :
Active Maine LPN license in good standing.

Experience in SNF/rehab or long   term care; comfortable with 12   hour shifts.

Both:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current BLS/CPR, and readiness to work 12   hour day shifts in a travel capacity
