CRNA: 4 days per week (10 hour shifts). No call, no weekends, no holidays. Bread and Butter cases with no trauma, OB or complex surgeries. Pediatric cases are limited to ear tubes and tonsillectomies for patients over the age of 1. Supervision: CRNAs are supervised by anesthesiologists, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
