Achievement Liaison Teacher – Temporary for SY25–26 (Job )

This posting is for a full-time Achievement Liaison Teacher (ALT) for Caesar Rodney High School. This is a temporary, grant‑funded position for School Year 2025‑2026. The successful candidate will provide support in developing and sustaining high levels of student achievement, teacher quality, and family engagement opportunities to foster a positive school learning environment for all students, teachers, and families. Candidates must have successful teaching experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
- Experience as a secondary teacher preferred.
- Teacher certification required; educational leadership certification preferred, along with instructional coaching experience.
- Experience with MTSS planning, leading professional development, courageous conversations, master scheduling, curriculum development preferred.
- Minimum of five years of successful experience as a classroom teacher preferred.
In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS- Individuals must provide official transcripts (if applicable), updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
- All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
