Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dynamic school environment in Dover, DE, seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide critical support to students and staff. This full-time, contract position offers a primarily on-site role with a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing for two remote days per week. The role is set to begin promptly, with availability from ASAP through mid-June 2026.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with educational teams, supporting students' social and emotional needs, and occasionally traveling to different sites within the district for student observations. Most work will take place in a single building, facilitating consistent engagement with the school community. This opportunity allows you to contribute to a well-supported network of professionals committed to fostering student success.

Qualifications and

Experience:

  • Certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in educational settings and performing psychological evaluations
  • Strong understanding of student behavior, learning challenges, and intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and administration
  • Flexibility to support multiple school sites with occasional travel

Location:

  • Dover, Delaware, with core responsibilities primarily at one main site and occasional travel to additional sites
