Job Schedule: 4/10

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and locally generated instructions with limited supervision.
• Run conduit and lay out electrical wiring circuits; calculate wire size and requirements for loads, MDPs and motors loads.
• Troubleshoot motor controls and electrical circuits and make necessary repairs.
• Follow work procedures and perform general maintenance on facilities and production equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 80% - Electrical/HVAC and machinery upkeep/repair.
• 5% - Install new equipment.
• 5% - Conduct preventative maintenance.
• 5% - Perform boiler maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
• 5% - General shop upkeep, cleaning, and/or organizing.

• Journeyman license preferred.
• Considerable knowledge and understanding of service and installation processes of industrial equipment.
• Valid state issued Driver's License.
• Qualification for respirator and breathing air devices and work on fire/rescue teams.
• Continued education in a maintenance discipline and cross training in other disciplines within the department will be required as needed.
• Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and be on call as required.
• Safety and environmental consciousness.

May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency or other status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.

The work environment may include indoor/outdoor activity in varied conditions with walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balance, bending, reaching, handling/fingering, stooping, kneeling, crouching and ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds. May operate material handling equipment (forklift, crane, hoist, man lift). May encounter varying noise levels, fumes, hazardous chemicals, and require PPE such as safety glasses, protection, gloves, hard hat, and shop coat.

Some roles may require Respirator clearance up to SCBA Level

A. Ability to travel between locations may be required.
