Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Early Career to join our Camden, Arkansas location. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as operations management, supply chain management, business, or finance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring program schedules to ensure that orders are placed into production to meet demand.
  • Creating and monitoring reports for the program.
  • Coordinating material needs with expediters and purchasing.
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and advising product management of the status of material availability and potential production problems.
  • Confirming material supply and demand and coordinating interdepartmental activity with other warehouses.
  • Expediting stock transports from site to site.
  • Assisting management in resolving problems concerning over shipments, shortages, engineering changes, and traceability.
  • Maintaining MRP parameters, including lead times and lot sizes, and coordinating with engineering and the change board representative to make associated changes to the Bill of Material (BOM).
