About the Job:Our Camden, Arkansas location is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Early Career) to support one of our vehicle, missile, or rocket programs. The role involves collaboration with the Product Manager, Program Support Team, and Industrial Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:- Applying traditional Industrial Engineering techniques, including:
- Man-loading
- Workflow analysis
- Learning curves
- Estimating
- Capacity analysis
- Capital equipment justification
- Make vs. buy studies
- Standards development
- Calculating equivalent units completed
THAAD
Experience Level:4+ years (college)
Schedule:4×10-hour days, 3 days off per week
