About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a professional SIA Licensed Security Officer to join our team at a corporate site in Camden Town. This is a daytime role, Monday to Friday, ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a professional and presentable manner.

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
06:30am – 10:00am
Average 17.5 hours per week
Day shifts only

Key Responsibilities:

Managing access control and maintaining accurate entry and exit records
Operating and monitoring CCTV systems
Maintaining logbooks and security registers
Greeting visitors and notifying staff of arrivals
Managing appointments and tracking visitor departures
Handling incoming phone calls and enquiries professionally
Assisting visitors with requests and arranging taxis if required
Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
Responding to alarms and investigating disturbances
Monitoring entry and exit of employees and visitors to maintain site security
Contacting emergency services when required
Checking alarm systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly
Monitoring building systems such as air conditioning and heating

Requirements
Valid SIA Licence
Excellent English communication skills
Professional and presentable appearance
Strong customer service skills
Good computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records
