What you’ll do

• Lead dilapidations and commercial project procurement across industrial, logistics and commercial sectors

• Build and lead a new regional office in a location of your choice

• Drive business development, grow key accounts and strengthen client relationships

• Deliver high-quality technical work while mentoring a growing local team

What you’ll bring

• MRICS with strong dilapidations or project delivery experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to grow a regional presence

• A network of contacts or proven business development ability

• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach to delivery
