Looking for a Senior Product Developer to lead end-to-end product creation taking products from concept all the way to production, without losing sight of performance, quality, sustainability, or brand DNA. What youll be doing Leading multi-season, end-to-end product development Partnering closely with Design, Product, Technical & Sourcing teams Driving materials, construction, fit, performance & sustainability decisions Managing critical paths, samples, fit sessions & wear testing Collaborating with factories & suppliers to solve challenges and improve efficiency Coaching and mentoring junior developers What youll bring Proven Product Development experience delivering commercially successful products, end-to-end, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or sports sectors Deep understanding of product construction, manufacturing & costing Confidence working cross-functionally and with global suppliers Youll be joining a global, inclusive, family-owned business where teamwork, creativity, and growth truly matter.
