Lennox Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of our Executive Search clients based in central London.

Overview:

* Client works with Tech and Private equity clients around the world

* You will be sourcing candidates for these vacancies - lots of headhunting

* Average deal size £15-60k

* Based full time in the office for the first 6 months

* Hybrid working available after probation

* Team of 7 currently with huge growth plans for this year

* £27k base during probation rising to £30k after you probation

* 20% commission - no threshold

* Lots of ongoing training and development with the view of you transitioning into a 360 consultant within the first 5 months

What we are looking for:

* 6-12 months recruitment experience within a white collar/ corporate sector

or

* Graduate without any prior recruitment experience but all of the right skill set and attributes; well spoken, articulate, switched on with good communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
