We are recruiting on behalf of a high‑profile luxury hotel and restaurant group in Central London for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a brand‑new opening. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, creative, and award‑winning hospitality brand, contributing to both the pastry‑led kitchen and main kitchen operations, including banqueting, events, and afternoon teas.

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and brigade management
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards, presentation, and consistency
• Contribute to menu development, seasonal dishes, and creative pastry concepts
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs in a supportive environment
• Manage inventory, ordering, and costs while adhering to sustainability practices
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Deliver excellence across banqueting, events, and afternoon tea services

• Proven experience in high‑quality kitchens
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Technical excellence in pastry and main kitchen, including classical techniques
• Experience in banqueting, events, and afternoon tea service
• Creative, passionate, and pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills

• Salary: £40,000 + £5,000 Tronc
