Mechanical Technical Services Lead for a major commercial development in King’s Cross. This Mechanical-biased Lead role is a hands-on management position overseeing a small mechanical engineering team.

The Role – Technical Lead:

* Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

* Leading 4 Mechanical Engineers

* Overseeing mechanical maintenance and plant performance

* Supporting budgets, PPM strategies and continuous improvement

* Managing contractors and coordinating specialist works

* Acting as the mechanical point of escalation on site

Requirements – Technical Lead:

* Mechanical background with leadership or supervisory experience

* Experience managing engineers in a commercial environment

* Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems

* Confident communicator with a collaborative management style

* Able to balance hands-on support with team leadership
