SEN Teaching Assistant

Overview

Reeson Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 child with Autism at a warm and inclusive primary school in Camden
. Starting in January
, this role offers the chance to make a real difference in a child's education and personal development.

Pay: £86-£100 per day

• Provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism in Key Stage 2
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learning
• Support positive social interactions and communication
• Track progress and work closely with the SENCo and class teacher
• Collaborate with parents and external professionals

• Experience supporting children with Autism (preferred but not essential)
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• A positive and proactive team player
• Team Teach training is an advantage but not essential
• Passionate about inclusive education
