Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Camden, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from March 2026.

Location: Primary school in Camden
Start Date: March 2026 (Long-term contract)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)

• Work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality classroom support to Year 3 pupils.
• Offer small-group and one-to-one support to help pupils engage with their learning, complete tasks, and make strong academic progress.
• Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management strategies.
• Support pupils' social and emotional development.

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• Proactive and motivated Teaching Assistant keen to make a positive impact in a flourishing primary school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduates with a strong interest in education are encouraged to apply.
