Academics Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Camden, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from March 2026.

    Primary School in Camden
  • Start Date:

    March 2026 (Long‑term position)
  • Contract:

    Full-time, Monday to Friday
The Role

As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high‑quality classroom support and help pupils thrive in their learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom through small‑group and one‑to‑one interventions
  • Helping pupils engage with lessons and complete their classwork
  • Supporting children to build confidence and make strong academic progress
  • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning
  • Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting
  • Be a proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate about supporting pupils and contributing to a positive learning environment

Graduates with a strong interest in education or child development are also encouraged to apply.
