• Delivering high-quality, targeted tutoring sessions to small groups of Year 6 pupils.
• Analyzing assessment data to identify specific learning gaps and tailoring interventions accordingly.
• Collaborating with the two Year 6 Class Teachers to align tutoring with the core curriculum.
• Providing regular feedback to parents and senior leadership on student progress and confidence.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
• Proven track record of raising attainment in Key Stage 2, specifically in SATs preparation.
• The ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire a love for learning in a fast-paced environment.
