SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Lead SEMH Teacher to work within a satellite provision based at a welcoming primary school in Camden.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm) and would suit a teacher with strong experience supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The provision offers small class sizes, allowing for a highly supportive and structured learning environment where teachers can build strong relationships with pupils and make a meaningful impact on their progress and wellbeing.

The Role

Lead teacher within a primary SEMH satellite provision
Small class sizes with additional support staff
Deliver engaging and supportive lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs
Work closely with the main school and support teams
Full time:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pmContract

Start: as soon as possible
Until July, with a strong possibility of extension into September
Salary:
Paid to scale

We are looking for:

A qualified teacher (QTS)
Experience working with SEMH pupils or in alternative provision
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
