We are searching for a dynamic Nursery Teacher who puts children at the heart of everything and wants to drive real transformation within a thriving, inclusive community.

• Designing and delivering unforgettable, child-centred Early Years lessons
• Creating a nurturing, safe, and exceptionally stimulating classroom environment
• Assessing, tracking, and elevating every child’s progress – academically and personally
• Working in close partnership with colleagues, parents, and external experts
• Leading initiatives around play-based learning, emotional literacy, and readiness for Reception
• Proactively championing inclusivity and differentiated teaching for all backgrounds and abilities

• Nursery Teacher role leading a passionate Early Years classroom
• Up to £55,000 DOE per year plus full Camden benefits

• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and energised by positive challenge
• Able to role-model best practice and stay at the cutting edge of EYFS pedagogy
